Lovely to catch up with Chef Neven Maguire before we won a medal. Neven visited the meadery a few years ago to film his Irish Seafood Trails program for RTE.
And then, at the end of a long day, the amazing Blas powerhouse, Fallon Moore and another fabulous chef, Orla McAndrew after we picked up our award for our Wildflower Irish Mead Miskey! Thanks also to Food Academy team from SuperValu for your support as always.
