Blanc Mead Spritz Cocktail

A natural, Irish alternative to a summer Aperol Spritz. Sun-kissed for summer

Ingredients

  • 65ml of Atlantic Dry Mead
  • A splash of Sweet Vermouth such as Valentia Island
  • 30ml of Soda water
  • 30ml of White lemonade

Method

  • Mix Mead and Vermouth in a glass of ice
  • Top up with soda water and lemonade
  • Garnish with an orange twist
