Celtic Mead Sangria

A glass of sunshine - Mead Sangria is fabulous on a sunny day, barbecue optional Recreate the full festival experience at home

Ingredients

  • 65ml of Hazy Summer Mead
  • 10ml measure of Cointreau
  • 35ml measures of cranberry juice
  • 10ml of fresh lime

Method

  • Shake with lots of ice until frothy
  • Pour over ice or frozen berries with an orange slice.

You can substitute the Hazy Summer Mead with our Wild Red Mead.

For a lower alcohol version, substitute 3 dashes of orange bitters for the Cointreau.
