A longer take on a mead boulevardier, luscious whiskey and jammy fruit and honey.

Ingredients

  • 30ml Blackwater Velvet Cap Whiskey
  • 45ml Kinsale Wild Red Mead
  • 30ml Campari
  • Soda water

Method

Pour over ice

Mix well

Top up with soda water

Garnish with lemon twist.
