Irish Rose Mead Cocktail

A delicious craft cocktail made with our fabulously fruity Hazy Summer Mead, Wild Irish Rose, raspberry & beetroot.

Ingredients

  • 75ml Hazy Summer Mead,
  • 25ml Wild Irish Rose
  • tbl crushed raspberries
  • a touch of beetroo

Method

  • Shake well with ice
  • Strain into a martini glass
  • Raspberry garnish optional
