Kinsale Mule
Low on the alcohol but has a fierce bite, the Kinsale Mule works well as a thirst quencher.Ingredients
2 measures of Atlantic Dry Mead
1 measure of apple juice
1/2 measure ginger ale
splash of Angostura Bitters
Method
Shake the mead and apple juice with ice until frothy. Pour into a glass and top with a dash of bitters and a splash of ginger ale.
You can even heat it up for those colder nights when you need that kick, adding the ginger ale at the end.
