Kinsale MuleLow on the alcohol but has a fierce bite, the Kinsale Mule works well iced up for summer. You can even heat it up for those colder nights when you need that kick.
2 measures of Atlantic Dry Mead
1 measure of apple juice
1/2 measure ginger ale
splash of Angostura Bitters
Shake the mead and apple juice with ice until frothy. Pour into a glass and top with a dash of bitters and a splash of ginger ale.
Try heating for a winter warmer, adding the ginger ale at the end.Created by Liberty Grill, Cork.
