Mead French 75

For when you are feeling stylish. Pour into a champagne glass to complete and celebrate something splendid

Ingredients

  • 50ml measures of Atlantic Dry Mead
  • 15ml honey syrup
  • 15ml fresh lemon juice
  • Splash of Sparkling Wine

Method

  • Shake the mead, honey syrup and lemon juice ice until frothy.
  • Pour into a flute glass
  • Top with sparkling wine, prosecco or champagne.
