Paperwork Cocktail

A popular cocktail with Poitin, using the sweetness of Atlantic Dry Mead and Vermouth to balance out the harsher poitin flavours

Ingredients

  • 35ml Atlantic Dry Mead
  • 25ml Poitin
  • 25ml Valentia Island Vermouth
  • Dash of Off the Cuffe Marmalade Citrus bitters
  • Top up with soda water
  • Garnish with rosemary sprig (optional)

Method

Stir together and pour over lots of ice

Garnish with rosemary sprig
