Mead Club Cocktail

Light, fruity & frothy summer sipping cocktail. A beautiful medley of natural ingredients and true Irish produce - This is the Mead Club Cocktail.


  • 60ml of Hazy Summer Mead
  • 15ml Valentia Island Vermouth
  • 15ml of Honey Syrup
  • 10ml of Lemon Juice
  • Shaken with Aquafaba ( Chickpea Juice ) – Alternatively, egg whites.


  • Add a generous amount of ice to your cocktail shaker.
  • Add Hazy Summer, Valentia Island Vermouth, Lemon Juice & Honey Syrup together.
  • Finally add the Aquafaba, roughly around 25ml.
  • Shake well for 20 seconds until frothy.
  • Pour over a chilled glass.
  • Let it settle & enjoy your Mead Club Cocktail!
