Mead BoulevardierThe Boulevardier cocktail is on the up, following in the wake of the Negroni cocktail.
- 35ml Wild Red Mead
- 25ml Blacks Irish Whiskey
- 15ml Amaro such as Campari
- Fill a tumbler with lots of ice and add all the ingredients.
- Stir for 10 seconds
- Garnish with an orange twist & a rosemary sprig
- Like Negroni, the Boulevardier is stirred, not shaken.
