The Perfect Serve

Bartenders talk about the "perfect serve" - the ideal conditions to serve a drink and how it is best enjoyed. The perfect serve is slightly different for each of our meads. Here we break them down one by one and show how best to savour your drink.
We do recommend using a stemless wine glass or tumbler. But if you want to use your drinking horn, Viking funnel glass, or medieval mether, feel free!

Lovely with salty snacks such as olives, roasted nuts, seafood, smoked salmon or trout, raspberry and white chocolate sponge or goat’s cheese.

Tasting Notes: A lovely floral, citrus aroma, a long lingering hint of honey and almost no sweetness. This light crisp honey drink is a great introduction to traditional style meads. Made from orange blossom honey, matured for a year to finish at 12% ABV, crisp and off dry.
