Atlantic Dry Mead
Serve lightly chilled or over ice in a tumbler or stemless wine glass
Lovely with salty snacks such as olives, roasted nuts, seafood, smoked salmon or trout, raspberry and white chocolate sponge or goat’s cheese.
Tasting Notes: A lovely floral, citrus aroma, a long lingering hint of honey and almost no sweetness. This light crisp honey drink is a great introduction to traditional style meads. Made from orange blossom honey, matured for a year to finish at 12% ABV, crisp and off dry.
Wild Red Mead
Lovely and smooth served at room temperature.
Delicious when paired with food such as rich, tomato-y Italian dishes, roast duck, sticky barbecue ribs or good quality chocolate and a cheeseboard.
Tasting Notes: Whole Wexford blackcurrants and sweet dark cherries fermented off-dry with forest honey and matured for 2 years. Packed full of flavour, it’s an intriguing alternative to full-bodied red wines, delivering on fruitiness with soft tannins, beautifully balanced with a wonderfully smooth finish.
Hazy Summer Mead
Delicious served slightly chilled or poured over frozen berries in a tumbler or sharing jug.
Lovely with spicy chicken wings, chorizo and fresh salads or berry pavlova or blue cheese. Try it with fruity trifle.
Tasting Notes: Hazy Summer Mead is made from six ripe summer berries for a fabulous, fruity, off-dry berry mead with generous strawberry and raspberry aromas. A lovely burst of summer in a glass, blackberries, blackcurrants and cherries with a smooth, subtle honey and blueberry finish.
Atlantic Dry Mead - Sauternes Barrel Aged
A gorgeous 3-year-old traditional mead fermented from orange blossom honey, finished dry, crisp and honeyed, matured for the last 12 months in a French oak wine barrel. Serve lightly chilled.
This mead shines with food such as almond or lemon tart, or cheesecake. For savoury pairings try smoked cheeses or a herb-roasted chicken dish.
Tasting Notes: a fine, unique mead with lingering almond, refreshing citrus, marmalade and honey notes. Enticing with a vanilla from the barrel and a bright, silky finish. A lovely balance of sweetness and acidity, dry and clean.

An alluring 3-year-old traditional mead fermented from orange blossom honey, finished dry, crisp and honeyed, matured for the last 12 months in a French oak wine barrel. Enjoy this delectable, dry mead lightly chilled.
This mead shines with food such as smoked salmon crostini, sushi or sashimi. For a sweet finish try with vanilla fairy cakes or baked cheesecake.
Tasting Notes: A rich and peppery, well balanced mead with a mellow stone fruit character – apricot and plum rounded with honey and citrus aromatics on the finish. A lovely balance of sweetness and zesty acidity.
Wild Red Mead - Merlot Barrel Aged

This mead is terrific with food such as roast rack of lamb with rosemary or mushroom pâté on thin cut toast or a steak with a mead jus, Prosciutto or Palma ham or artisan mini sausages or chipolatas.
Tasting Notes: Enticing and warm, juicy with bright red and black fruit flavours from the Wexford blackcurrants and dark, sweet cherries, well balanced with attractive honey notes from the forest honey and caramel from the Bordeaux oak barrels. A luxurious, smooth texture with a fruity burst that explodes on the palate, soft low tannins and a clean finish
Irish Wildflower Mead
A lovely expression of the aromas and flavours of West Cork. It will transport you to our local countryside with one sip. Pale gold in colour, delicate in its finish, it is best served on its own lightly chilled allowing the soft honeyed notes to linger.
This mead shines with food such as Feta-style goat’s cheese, honeyed baklava almond or crème brûlée. A fantastic after dinner drink.
Tasting Notes: This elegant mead is a true expression of a traditional Irish, handcrafted, semi-sweet mead. 11% ABV. Hawthorn and blackberry blossom with a subtle nutty finish from the sycamore and walnut trees by the hives.
