We just received our latest batch of pure Irish honey from our friend Paul at the Chanting Bee Apiary in West Cork. Most of our honey comes from bees foraging in northern Spain as Ireland produces very little honey natively, which makes this honey special. It’s the key ingredient in our Wildflower Mead, and we’re nearly sold out of our 2023 batch. We wanted to share the process of how we go from bee to bottle, so put together a short video of the first steps we take in our mead-making process.
