What makes traditional mead so flavourful is the quality of the honey. Atlantic Dry Mead is made from delicious, floral and citrus, pure orange blossom honey from Valencia in sunny Southern Spain where the bees are busy in the oranges groves every spring. So what better way to mix it up than in a Bellini?!

Kinsale Mead Co Tip: To make honey syrup, mix a light flavoured honey 50:50 with warm water and stir to mix. Cool in the fridge. Honey syrup will mix easily into cocktails. If you just add honey without diluting it, it will sit at the bottom of the glass giving you a sweet surprise at the end of the cocktail!
