Here, we’ve taken a classic mulled red wine or gluhwein recipe and replaced the harshness of the bold, sometimes harsh tannins of red wine with the smoothness and welcome fruitiness of our Wild Red Mead. Gently warmed and gently spiced. Sip it outside watching the sun go down and the moon rise, with your fleecy blankets for warmth, of course!

Traditionally this is heated by plunging a red hot poker into the pot but we prefer warming in a pan on the hob!
