Merry Mead Berry Ice Cream

Our Hazy Summer Mead generously poured over vanilla ice-cream, strawberries steeped in Hazy Summer Mead and crushed meringue.


  • 50 ml Hazy Summer Mead
  • Handful of Strawberries or Raspberries
  • 3 scoops of Good Quality Vanilla Ice cream
  • Handful of crushed Meringue


  • Steep the berries in 50ml Hazy Summer Mead for at least 10 minutes
  • Put ice cream scoops into a serving bowl
  • Pour over Hazy Summer and berries
  • Top with crushed meringue
  • Serve immediately

Great garden party vibes. It doesn’t get more summery than this!

(Leave out the mead for the kids.)
