We’ve been experimenting with our different meads to create some great cocktails for Christmas.
So far this one is my favourite, Fuzzy Bee. A riff on the classic Bees Knees mead cocktail. Winter Bees are very fuzzy!
Ingredients
- 2 measures of Hazy Summer Mead
- 1 measure of Sloe Gin
- ½ measure of honey syrup
- ½ measure of fresh lemon juice
Method
- Shake well with lots of ice
- Strain into a coupé cocktail glass with a lemon twist garnish
Yes, it’s a twist on the classic Bees Knees but an absolute banger!
